The website generates a reference and prepares the booking details for submission to UMJ.

Capture the customer contact details
The booking request includes the customer's email so UMJ has a direct route for follow-up and future confirmations.

Payment
Move to secure hosted checkout
When payment is required, the customer should be sent to an approved hosted provider rather than entering card details into a custom HTML form.

Confirmation
Display the pending booking summary
The customer receives an on-page summary with their reference while the business confirms the final availability.

Experience
Complete the booking or property appointment
Once the booking is confirmed, the customer proceeds with the agreed viewing, stay or property appointment.

Review
Invite genuine customer feedback
After the experience, the customer can be directed to the review submission section without publishing invented testimonials.
Payment & confirmation
The website stays professional without pretending to be a payment processor.
Once the client provides a Stripe Payment Link, PayPal checkout URL or another approved hosted payment page, it can be inserted into one setting in the Booking page. Until then, the payment button requests a secure payment link by email.
